Details

Payment conditions: 20% at the time of booking by pay pal, or bank transfer. The balance on arrival. A payment will be required to confirm your booking.
Included in the price: bed linen and towels, pool towels, free wi-fi, TV, electricity, heating, hot water, final cleaning, parking and swimming pool.
The apartments are equipped with all utensils needed for cooking including also cleaning detergents. For our guests we provide: a washing machine, iron and clothesline.
Tourist tax: charged to the customer €1,00 per person per day (children under 12 excluded)
Cleaning fee: €60 per stay
Extra guests: €12 per day the base rate includes 2 guests
Minimum Stay: 2 days.
Check-In: Check-in allowed from 3 to 6 pm (please always communicate your expected arrival time in advance also via whats app +39 389 624 6387) For different times, please submit a request.
Check-Out: No later than 10:00 in the morning.

Cancellation Policy 

Flexible cancellation terms: free cancellation 30 days before check-in. 
For cancellations after the deadline, the deposit paid during the booking will be retained.
To avoid costs caused by unexpected cancellations, we recommend customers to take out travel insurance.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE REQUIRED BY E-MAIL 
Please send an email to infobooking@bethshouse.it expressly mentioning the name of the person who made the payment and the period of stay.
The cancellation will be valid only upon receipt of our written confirmation by email.
Refunds will be processed through the same channel used during the booking process.
